THE TRG EXCELLENCE AWARDS

Eligibility

  • Only exhibitors and sponsors of Mobile Disrupt 2024 are eligible to submit nominations.
  • Each nominee must be affiliated with the exhibiting or sponsoring company at the time of nomination.

Nomination Process:

  • Each exhibitor or sponsor may submit only one nomination per category.
  • Multiple individuals from the same company are not permitted to submit separate nominations for the same category.

Nomination Guidelines:

  • Nominations must be submitted through the official nomination form provided by the Event organizers.
  • Nominees must meet the eligibility criteria specified for each award category.
  • Nomination shall end on May 30, 2024.

Disqualification:

  • Any attempt to circumvent the nomination process by submitting multiple nominations from the same company for a single category will result in disqualification
  • The Event organizers reserve the right to disqualify any nominee or nominator found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.

Selection Process:

  • Nominations will be reviewed and evaluated by the judging panel appointed by the Event organizers.
  • The judging panel's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the selection of award recipients.

Notification:

  • Nominees selected as finalists will be notified by email or telephone.
  • Award winners will be announced at the Event ceremony and may be notified in advance.

Publicity:

  • By participating in the nomination process, nominees’ consent to the use of their name,
  • likeness, and company information for promotional purposes related to the Event.

Data Protection:

  • Personal information collected during the nomination process will be handled in accordance with Mobile Disrupt’s privacy policy.

Mobile Disrupt reserves the right to update or modify these terms and
conditions at any time without prior notice.
