FAQ's

Mobile Disrupt 2025 will take place in Fontainebleau Miami Beach, Florida. A full day of industry-specific speaking and networking sessions on July 8-9, 2025. Please plan your travel arrangements accordingly.

*When do I get my registration materials?

Registration materials will be distributed on-site upon checking in at the registration counters. Please bring your registration confirmation to receive your registration materials. Kindly bring a valid form of Identification to pick up your name badge and the Mobile Disrupt App is downloaded on your mobile device.

Please note, registration materials will not be mailed to attendees in advance.

*How do I get a receipt for my registration?

Once you are registered for the Mobile Disrupt, you should have received an email with a receipt confirmation.  If you have not received a confirmation email, please email us and we will resend the receipt.

*How can I access the mobile app?

The Mobile Disrupt App, which includes the participant list and a communication tool for app users, will be available to registered attendees in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

*What is the Mobile Disrupt 2025 Cancellation & Refund Policy?

  1. Register as an attendee – risk-free! You can cancel your ticket registration within 24 hours of purchase for a refund after the event or credit to next year’s event —no questions asked. Subject to 10 to 20% processing fee by the bank and/or ticketing system.
  2. For Attendee Ticket refunds (after 24 hours since purchase), will be charged 20% cancellation processing fee and will be processed after the event. No ticket refunds after March 30, 2025 due to headcount already finalized with the venue and catering.
  3. Exhibitor / Sponsorship cancellations will be charged a 50% cancellation processing fee. After Feb 1, 2025, refund will not be possible.
  4. For Exhibitor / Sponsorship packages paid after February 1, 2025, you can only cancel the package within 24 hours of purchase for a refund after the event or credit to next year’s event. Subject to 50% processing fee.
  5. For attendees coming from overseas, we highly recommend processing your Visa prior to purchasing a ticket. No refund requests will be entertained that are due to Visa Application issues by February 1, 2025.
  6. Registration payments made via credit card will be refunded to the original credit card used, and will be processed within 3 to 6 weeks after the event.
  7. Once payment is made, Mobile Disrupt considers this policy read and accepted by the attendee/exhibitor/sponsor.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided at the Conference. Networking receptions also include complimentary food and beverages offerings.

Only for Full Access Ticket holders.

Yes! You may transfer your registration to someone else any time before the event.

However, Ticket Transfer requests to the next event will no longer be entertained after June 31, 2025.

If the ticket remains unused, for any reason, after it was once transferred to the following event, the ticket will forfeit.

Full Access Ticket registrants have access to all speaking sessions and networking events.

The following food and beverages are also included:

*Tuesday: Breakfast, Lunch & Reception (2-hour reception; open bar with food stations)

*Wednesday: Breakfast, Lunch & Reception (2-hour reception; open bar with food stations)

For Exhibit-only Tickets, this includes the pass for the Exhibit Hall and does not come with food, evening reception and speaking session entrance.

It is very likely that the group room block will sell out prior to the deadline, therefore, it is recommended to book your room early.

Business casual is suitable for all conference activities, including evening receptions. Social functions are casual.

Full conference registrants will have access to the 1-on-1 Meeting App.  This will give you the ability schedule your meetings and communicate with your counterparts prior and during the Conference. 

Registrants will receive an email, at least a week before the event, with information on how to log in and schedule their meetings.
