He leverages his master's degree in reverse logistics, his entrepreneurial mindset, and his data-driven approach to optimize the returns process, enhance customer experience, and increase revenue. He also served on the board of directors of the reverse logistics association, where he shares his expertise and insights with industry peers and stakeholders. He is passionate about innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction, and he strives to make a positive difference in his field and beyond.

Peter has over 20 years of experience leading teams in identifying, framing, assessing, and communicating high-priority marketplace trends and disruptions that support business planning and investment prioritization.
