Mobile phones are the last great frontier of live selling — and nobody has cracked it yet. Grading complexity, IMEI validation, data wiping, carrier unlocking and fulfilment challenges have kept mobile on the sidelines while the rest of recommerce races ahead.
The market won’t wait — and it isn’t. Live commerce is growing at 32% CAGR globally, the US alone is forecast to hit $680bn by 2030, and the platforms — Whatnot, TikTok Shop, eBay Live — have the audiences, the capital and the momentum. They are coming for mobile. Not eventually. Now. The operators who build the playbook first will own the market by 2030. The rest will be playing catch-up.
This three-hour masterclass is built to close that gap. You’ll understand exactly where mobile sits in the product lifecycle loop and why the customer journey in live selling is fundamentally different from traditional recommerce. You’ll see how to identify the circularity delta — the value currently leaking out of your operation — and what the frontier firms are already doing that the rest of the market isn’t. You’ll leave with a clear view of the platform landscape, the market sizing and 2030 forecasts, and — critically — a practical framework for building a recurring live seller programme, including grading, fulfilment and returns at scale.
