Cancellation Policy

What is the Mobile Disrupt 2025 Cancellation & Refund Policy?

1. Register as an attendee - risk-free! You can cancel your ticket registration within 24 hours of purchase for a refund after the event or credit to next year’s event —no questions asked. Subject to 10 to 20% processing fee by the bank and/or ticketing system.
2. For Attendee Ticket refunds (after 24 hours since purchase), will be charged 20% cancellation processing fee and will be processed after the event. No ticket refunds after April 30, 2025 due to headcount already finalized with the venue and catering.
3. Exhibitor / Sponsorship cancellations will be charged a 50% cancellation processing fee. After Feb 1, 2025, refund will not be possible.
4. For Exhibitor / Sponsorship packages paid after February 1, 2025, you can only cancel the package within 24 hours of purchase for a refund after the event or credit to next year’s event. Subject to 50% processing fee.
5. For attendees coming from overseas, we highly recommend processing your Visa prior to purchasing a ticket. No refund requests will be entertained that are due to Visa Application issues by April 30, 2025.
6. Registration payments made via credit card will be refunded to the original credit card used, and will be processed within 3 to 6 weeks after the event.
7. Once payment is made, Mobile Disrupt considers this policy read and accepted by the attendee/exhibitor/sponsor.

Visa Requirements / Invitation letter

It is your sole responsibility to take care of visa requirements.  If you require an entry visa, you must allow sufficient time for the visa application procedure. Your registration details might be shared with the immigration authorities to assist in the immigration process. However, Mobile Disrupt will not contact embassies and consulates on your behalf.

Please process your Travel Visa prior to purchasing your ticket. No ticket cancellations will be entertained due to Visa Application issues.

To receive an invitation letter for Mobile Disrupt, kindly go to https://mobiledisrupt.com/visa-information/. You will have the option to request an invitation letter during the registration process.

Age Limitation

All attendees must be at least 18 years of age to attend Mobile Disrupt 2025, and all related events, including all evening events.

Discounts

Only ONE (1) discount may be applied to an individual registration.  Under no circumstances can any of the discounts be combined.  Your fees must be paid in full before the respective Early Bird, Discount, or Standard deadlines in order to receive the pricing for those discounts.

The retroactive application of discount codes is not allowed.

Photography, Audio & Video Recording

Mobile Disrupt is held in a public space, therefore Mobile Disrupt Organizer does not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations or other companies from photographing Mobile Disrupt activities. Mobile Disrupt reserves the right to use images taken at the Mobile Disrupt with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials.

Soliciting in the Exposition

Mobile Disrupt Organizer reserves the right to escort any individual from Mobile Disrupt who is reported to be soliciting in the Exposition and who is not a Mobile Disrupt sponsor or exhibitor.  Mobile Disrupt Organizer encourages attendees to support the paid sponsors and exhibitors who, in turn, are supporting the industry.  Mobile Disrupt Organizer also encourages you not to listen to a sales pitch from a non-sponsor or exhibitor.

Admittance

In its sole discretion and without refund, Mobile Disrupt Organizer reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the Mobile Disrupt anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the Mobile Disrupt or any other attendee.

Privacy Statement

The views expressed by any Mobile Disrupt attendee, speaker, exhibitor, or sponsor are not necessarily those of Mobile Disrupt Organizers. All Mobile Disrupt attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of any and all individual or corporation presentations, marketing collateral, advertising, and online Web content.

Code of Conduct

Event organizers will enforce this code and expect cooperation from all Mobile Disrupt participants (e.g., attendees, speakers, media, sponsors, volunteers) to help us promote a safe and enjoyable Mobile Disrupt experience for everyone.

Force Majeure

Mobile Disrupt Organizer shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the availability of the Venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of Mobile Disrupt Organizer or its subcontractors.  For one or more of such reasons, the Mobile Disrupt Organizer may postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event without liability on the part of the Mobile Disrupt Organizer.  In the event Mobile Disrupt cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, Mobile Disrupt Organizer shall not be liable to the attendee for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses Mobile Disrupt Organizer will review the refund and/or fee transfer requests, submitted, for approval on a situational basis.

These Terms

Mobile Disrupt 2025 reserves the right to update and change any part or all of these Registration Terms and Conditions at any time without notifying you first. If we update or change these Registration Terms and Conditions, the updated Registration Terms and Conditions will be posted on our Mobile Disrupt website. By registering you hereby consent to these Registration Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
